My name is Jacques Manachi
At the age of 5, I immigrated to this country with my sister and mom from the Middle East. As a child, I found it challenging to adjust and blend into American culture, often opting for foods that weren't popular. Reflecting on my journey, I now value the depth of my cultural cuisine. My mom's cooking has made me healthier and stronger, and I wish to share this nutritious food with the world, particularly for those who, like me, had limited access to quality meals.
